Carianne King is a writer, director and creative director specializing in bringing her sharp, witty POV to stylish, culturally-attuned brands.

She spent many years as a copy director at Coach, where she led a team of writers, developed editorial series, and wrote speeches and collection notes for the head creative director, Stuart Vevers.

Carianne is the creator of offbeat, funny short films like “Trollify” (Vulture - Funniest Videos of the Month), as well as the bookstore comedy “Broadway Books.”

Carianne received an MFA in writing from Columbia University and has published short stories and interviews in VQR and Electric Literature, among others.

At the University of Virginia, she won the Wagenhheim Award for Best Short Story and edited The Declaration, a weekly arts and humor magazine.
