To launch Shinola’s “Great American” watch featuring original cast member Gilda Radner, we had to find common ground between the brand, Gilda, and audiences today.

I concepted and wrote a manifesto based on Gilda’s personal mantra about embracing “delicious ambiguity,” highlighting the fearlessness and grit that made her special as performer.
